Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
At ODEION BUILDERS SDN. BHD., we take pride in delivering construction materials with reliability and efficiency—whether it’s a single bag of cement, a bulk delivery of mortar, or pallets of building materials for site use.
Most orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays), depending on stock availability and order size.
Once payment is received and products are confirmed, we begin packaging and arranging shipment.
You will receive an order confirmation followed by a delivery schedule or tracking number, depending on your delivery method.
2. Shipping Coverage
We supply and deliver across Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak.
For Heavy or Bulk Deliveries:
- Larger items such as pallets of cement, concrete mix, sand, or aggregates may be delivered using flatbed trucks, cranes, or tail-lift logistics partners, depending on the project scale and destination.
- Please ensure your site is accessible for unloading heavy items.
Site-Specific or Construction Project Deliveries:
- We can coordinate site-specific deliveries with your project manager or procurement officer.
- Advance notice is appreciated for site access requirements or delivery restrictions (e.g., timing limitations, equipment needed).
International Orders:
At this time, we do not offer international shipping for heavy building materials. For special requests regarding export arrangements, please contact us to explore feasibility.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

4. Tracking Your Order
Standard parcels (smaller items) will include a tracking number via email or WhatsApp once shipped.
Bulk and palletised orders will be coordinated directly via phone or email for scheduling and on-site delivery arrangements.

5. Delivery Delays
Possible causes for delay include:
- Public holidays and long weekends
- Remote project sites or restricted areas
- Severe weather or access limitations
- Traffic congestion or fleet availability
- Construction-specific permit or timing restrictions
While delays caused by third-party providers are beyond our control, our team will assist in coordinating and resolving any disruptions proactively.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
We take every precaution to pack and ship your materials safely. However, if you receive an order that is damaged, short, or incorrect, please:
- Inspect the goods upon arrival
- Report any issues within 24 hours
- Provide photos of the damaged item(s), delivery slip, and packaging
Based on your report, we may arrange for:
- Replacement items
- Partial refund
- Pickup and redelivery
Note: We are not liable for material loss or damage after delivery if signed off at site or left unattended by request.
7. Self-Collection (By Appointment Only)
Need materials urgently or prefer to pick up yourself? We offer self-collection for verified clients and urgent orders.

8. Site Delivery Instructions
To ensure a smooth delivery to construction sites, please provide:
- Accurate site address with lot/unit details
- Contact person on-site
- Delivery window or timing constraints
- Notes about forklift/crane access, hoisting, or unloading procedures
