Setcrete™ Concrete Repair Mortar is a single‑component, polymer‑cement concrete (PCC) mortar formulated for quick and dependable repair of damaged or worn concrete surfaces. Ready for use—simply add water—this high-performance mortar is suitable for both horizontal and vertical applications, indoors and outdoors, and cures to full strength in ~6 hours at 20 °C. Designed for repairing non‑structural elements such as floor screeds, balcony edges, steps, lintels, beams and paving slabs, it offers excellent freeze–thaw resistance and superior adhesion. Available in compact bag sizes (2.5 kg, 5 kg, and 10 kg), it ensures minimal waste and convenient handling. Cover rate is approximately 0.36 m² per 10 kg at 15 mm depth, making estimation straightforward. The mortar’s polymer-enhanced formula provides enhanced flexibility, tensile strength, and bond durability—making it ideal for busy sites, light repairs, and trade use.
