Setcrete Rapid Set Repair Mortar is a single-component, polymer-enhanced cementitious mortar engineered for fast and efficient non-structural concrete repairs. Supplied in a convenient 5 kg easy-mix pouch, this high-performance mortar requires only clean water for activation and achieves walk-on hardness in just 60 minutes at 20 °C. It features a working time of around 10–15 minutes, and supports repair depths of 3–25 mm horizontally and up to 10 mm vertically, allowing precise application across both horizontal and vertical surfaces. Ideal for repairing floor screeds, balcony edges, stair treads, paving slabs, lintels, beams, and ramps, it provides excellent freeze–thaw durability and adhesive strength without requiring extra mixing or additives. With a coverage rate of approximately 0.25 m² at 10 mm depth per 5 kg bag, and shelf life up to 12 months, it’s perfect for fast-tracked site work, small-scale fixes, or maintenance projects where speed and reliability are essential.
